Meals... Now having said that we really do not wish to push families with children back out and down in the car into the village in search of an evening meal en famille. We lay on high teas for “ankle biters” (more about that later), who want really simple food or are too young to stay up. For those children who wish to stay up with their parents for dinner, our kitchen will always offer to simplify the menu and will be glad to offer some plain chicken or beef dish whilst parents tuck into the main menu. There is always a nursery pudding and ice-cream on the dinner menu; and the petits fours ..well we have those too of course. We have once again held the price of dinner for children under the age of 14 years to £20 and believe this to offer good value.
