My wife Louise brought extra body to the kitchen quickly regaining AA rosettes. Through our own growing family, we naturally fell into leading the way with the demands of the family market and we won awards from the Good Hotel Guide for this. Last year we found ourselves included in the top 50 hotels in Britain in three categories, for looking after families, for our outlook and for dining outside. We think that we are well placed for the coming years, but who knows what is round the corner.
