General Assistants...
We draw on quite a wide spectrum of applicants; school leavers, Gap year students, foreign students (as long as their English is good enough), those taking a career break or between courses. What we are looking for are young people with character and initiative who want to get stuck in. We offer board and lodging in our main staff cottage just behind the hotel and pay above the minimum wage! The beach is five minutes away and the pub a short taxi trip. With certain restrictions staff can use the pool and tennis court. It has to be better than working in London.
