Children: Please ask for our Family Information Leaflet which will answer most common questions Whilst offering some economical ways of accommodating these younger members of society.
Payment: Our preferred method of payment is cheque. We take Credit cards other than Amex and Diners and do not say no towards cash
Deposits: A cheque deposit of £100 per room for advanced bookings or guaranteeing Credit card details for last minute bookings is requested from first timers upon confirmation, whilst not abrogating guests' commitment to our cancellation policy.
Cancellations: We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 2/3rds the basic room charge where in our estimation we have lost other custom
Special Diets: We are happy to cater for most special diets especially if given a little advanced warning.
Disabled Guests: We have several very good ground floor bedrooms with bathrooms (with over the bath showers). There is only one step into the Hotel, and we have ramps available to overcome this. One can drive up to the front door. Most of the grounds are available to wheel chairs. However do please discuss the whole picture with us by telephone before making a reservation.
Smoking Policy: No smoking in the restaurant please. It would be appreciated if you could refrain from smoking in the bedrooms. As from the start of the season we are a
NON-smoking hotel.
